After a spontaneous insight into The Selfless Nature of Consciousness, I felt confused, and I had many questions.
How had I never come across anything about this way of being before?
Finding answers to my questions proved to be more challenging than expected. Ironically, on my journey towards truth and Enlightenment I encountered dogma, hierarchy, beliefs, logical fallacies, cryptic and ambiguous instruction, gatekeeping, a condemnation of curiosity and paywalls.
It doesn’t need to be that hard for you!
Now I am sharing the wisdom and insights that make the difference, to make your own journey towards a more meaningful life and sublime freedom most seamless.
And I hope to do so with great openness and compassion to all.

Individual meditation sessions for people like you who are fresh, enthusiastic and confused. Witnessing you, and transforming your practice so that you can live the most compassionate life of your purest imaginings, and recognise your awakened nature.
You-Centred
Throughout the session, I’ll be doing my best to hold you in compassionate awareness. Our time together is really about you. We have a shared interest of meditation, but the path often involves integration into all the different aspects and facets of our lives. Often my clients want to talk about life, and although I am not a licensed therapist, I can’t wait to discuss it with you because I am your meditation friend.
Informed, but not dogmatic
We can talk about which tradition of esoterica you’re interested in. There are so many connections between philosophies on this subject, and at the least, I’m a little familiar with most. I have primarily found Mahamudra, Dzogchen, Loch Kelly and IFS helpful in my personal practice, but I don’t expect to use this language or even these orientations when we meet. Non-duality is about waking up to the very moment your life is happening in. That is it. With all the technical jargon behind us we can attend to what’s real, in plain English.
Shame-free
This is a safe space. I’m just happy for us to spend time together, and I will always love you unconditionally. I am for you to make mistakes and question yourself (even if that looks like questioning me!). I’m not perfect either. I’m NOT Enlightened, yet ;) And, EVERYTHING can be used on the path as we reconnect to our higher selves, our greater compassionate and non-conceptual nature. This is an invitation to welcome our “imperfect,” parts so that we can begin to get sensitive to them.
Dynamic space
Often, we simply talk. We give space, and what’s important naturally arises. With each meeting, clarity reveals itself. Our sessions are open and formless, allowing spontaneity. If you have any ideas on how we can specifically tailor our time together to further your awakening, let’s explore them! I can teach formally, engage in question and answer, provide challenges and homework, we can meditate together, or anything else you suggest.

You-led: We can come at it from a different angle every time depending on your evolving discoveries and how you’re showing up at that time of the week. This is what’s remarkable about meditation! There’s always the potential for transformation.
Accountability partner: Reserve a reoccurring time slot to motivate you to maintain your practice, protect against sidetracks, and make progress in the most direct way possible.
Tailored guided mediation: This form is beneficial for individuals experiencing anxiety or depression and those that require greater sensitivity. It can often be the easiest way for you to begin the practice through guided experience rather than learning in isolation.
Beginner meditation sampler: I am well-equipped to help you establish the foundations of your practice, tailored to the unique individual that you are. Mass-learning methods for meditation, including apps, come with wasted hours, unnecessary adherences and embellishments, and doctrinal pitfalls, all of which are COMPLETELY avoidable. Why spend 10 years learning mindfulness, when you can achieve the same, in just 2 months and in a much smoother and more enjoyable way?
Recognise: Dusting off my personal experience, I can teach you, from what worked for me. Largely, this is an integrative method taking what I have found are the most relevant and transformative aspects from zen, vipassana, mindfulness, mahamudra, neuroscience, physiology, psychology, dzogchen, EMI and IFS etc. As well as from my personal insights. With immense integrity to an undogmatic approach of free and dynamic conversation, where what what makes the difference, and honouring our deepest authenticity are the only priori. As radical as this may sound, this often looks like slowly, stumbling, with active compassion to elevate the rest of one’s life into fully appreciating one’s self as a process, from which sublime contentment is natural.
Look here’s my thing with prices…
I feel it’s antithetical to sell this wisdom, especially given the current state of the world. So many disadvantaged by no fault of their own and this money system is largely working to suppress people’s freedoms. Because of this, we meet on a donation basis and you’re compensation only helps me to share this intrinsic wisdom to more people. It’s not like I own the freedom and love that already exists within you. Unfortunately, often, that’s exactly what we’re led to believe we’re buying.

I spent many years trying to meditate. It was difficult, and I struggled just to make myself try. Occasionally I would resolve to meditate every day for as little as two minutes, just hoping to build a habit. I would have been thrilled to manage even ten minutes a day.
Within a few months of working together, my daily practice had drastically improved. Meditation is often the highlight of my day now, and I rarely miss a session. Twenty minutes feels short, and sometimes I sit for as long as forty.
After seven months, I experienced a major breakthrough. A kensho, the most significant of my life, leading to lasting changes and improvements in every area.
